Living 4,000+ miles away from the property and unable to physically meet due to COVID-19 required selecting a realtor via word of mouth - we couldn’t have chosen better. Karan assessed the property and put together a whole host of options on how to proceed. We then had a video call whilst Karan was in the home, so that we could agree the next step - all done professionally and to suit us (5 hour time difference). We agreed the listing price based on what the recent sales had been on the estate and given the features of our property. The property was listed on the Thursday with an open house arranged for Sat/Sun & Mon (all arranged by Karan).
