I can’t begin to share how fortunate I have been these past months to know that Jay Quigley was guiding me through the process of selling my sisters home in Spring Hill. My sister passed suddenly and being her only sibling I was faced with selling her house. Jay explained from the onset exactly what we needed to do. Living in PA, jay was totally hands on for me and explained each step. We all thought the roof looked great but jay went one step further. Checked county records and we found out how old it was and an inspection would have failed. We would have lost the sale. We got a roofer in, repaired quickly and inspection proved good!
