Truly I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to the service that was provided by Jay. I am a young first time home buyer with 0 experience. Not only was jay trust worthy from the moment we shook hands but he had the best patience with me and my million questions via text and late night phone calls. He was courteous and kind and was so thorough with his explanations. He really took his time and even in this crazy aggressive Florida market he never made me feel pressured and always had my best interests at heart. He was so honest with his assessments as well and if he didn’t think something was a good fit for my needs he would tell me immediately. He would consistently use his expertise and show me things I should be looking out for that could be a concern. I have not only enjoyed this entire experience with him and his entire team but I feel like I have gained a new friend for life. I am so glad that I made this decision to join forces with him. Oh and I almost forgot to mention. He negotiated better than Tom cruise in jerry maguire (I hope he will appreciate that reference) Got me a great deal on my home. If you don’t get jay as your agent you truly missed out .

Jay is a fantastic realtor with a winning combination of fun personality and professional experience that leads to the desired outcome- quick sale! For him, I was an out of town seller. During our initial call, Jay took the time to understand my needs and when we met shortly after for a property walk through and price listing meeting he did not disappoint. Preparation is everything and Jay made sure I had the facts to make next steps decisions. His local contractor recommendation was spot on with pricing and quality of work too. He was my eyes on the ground and provided white glove service on everything including the inspection action items. Jay was a great communicator as well when it came time to work through tough decisions when a slam dunk same-day full price offer seemed to stall. He level-set realities and masterfully negotiated on my behalf. I really can not recommend him enough. Just let Jay guide you through your desired outcome.
