Jay Quigley is an amazing agent who is perfect for a first-time homebuyer. We selected Jay as our agent because we were looking for an Accredited Buyer's Representative with local knowledge and sufficient experience, and Jay couldn't have been a better fit. Jay is from the Tampa Bay area and has an extensive amount of local knowledge, as well as great local contacts. Jay guided us through the home buying process and supported us every step of the way, including after the purchase. Jay helped us to set realistic goals and worked with us to achieve them. Whenever there were hiccups in the process, Jay was right there guiding us through them. Realtors like Jay Quigley are rare! We began working with Jay when my wife and I needed to find an apartment. I had recently left the military and the wife and I moved all the way from Hawaii to the Tampa area. For the year we lived in the apartment Jay's level of commitment, communication, and overall thoughtfulness amazed me! He kept in touch, mailed birthday cards with personalized hand written messages, a magnet with the Ray's schedule, etc. Deciding to work with Jay again when my wife and I were ready to purchase a home was a no-brainer! He goes above and beyond to put the client first and look out for their best interest. For the sake of not writing a novel I will simply say that if I had to purchase property site unseen on Mars, I would have zero reservations with Jay as my realtor!
