Margaret has the patience of a saint. My husband and I really didn't know where we wanted to live. She showed us houses all over. We even changed our mind on a house. She probably hated us at times. She never showed it. She kept showing us everything she could. We finally found the perfect place. She helped us get inspection and repair people to negotiate A fair deal. Selling a home is a stressful situation anytime but when you are having to sell not one but two homes for probate, it's beyond challenging. Add to that they were my 37 year old sons homes and I can't begin to tell you the nightmare.
