Jim communicated mostly with text messages and calls when required. Arranged home showings with other agents promptly that made the sale go quickly. Jim was experienced with the contract documents and addendums that made the sale go through without effort. Even the buyer mentioned that this was the easiest sale that he experienced. Anne did an excellent job for us. We had a lengthy home search and she was accessible and responsive throughout. She was prepared when showing us homes and knowledgeable about market prices, recently sold homes, etc. She helped with finding and contacting contractors for quotes on repairs etc. She was a true professional and we had a great experience. Highly recommend.

Are you looking for an amazing realtor who truly goes above and beyond, I cannot recommend Robert enough.we purchased a home which came with a lot of challenges and unexpected hurdles, but he was incredible every step of the way. Brenda was there for every step along the way and we wouldn't have been able to get to home ownership today without her master skills of problem solving and risk mitigation. Stephanie is the ultimate realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable, communicative, and professional and her expertise was particularly helpful in guiding me through a competitive bidding situation. What really makes her stand out is how she goes the extra mile to make sure every detail is covered. For example, when an issue arose that could have delayed the closing, she immediately connected the appropriate parties to find a solution which saved the day. Likewise, when it was learned during the final walkthrough that the house had not been cleaned adequately, and several pieces of furniture, loads of trash, and packing materials had been abandoned in the house, she immediately got with the listing agent to ensure the house was cleaned and all debris was removed prior to closing. I am so appreciative and grateful! I highly and enthusiastically recommend Stephanie if you are in need of a realtor.
