Josh was tremendous to work with in the purchase of my new house. Excellent communication throughout the entire process and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. I will absolutely be using him in the future, and recommend others to do the same.

Mark was very helpful in helping us purchase a home in Eagles Mere. He had detailed market insight and even helped with the post purchase process as we started thinking about remodeling. The process was smooth and we are excited about our new home.

Mark is a great asset to Fish Real Estate. He was helpful with advice to prepare my house for sale. Mark hosted several open houses and was always prompt in answering my questions. Since 1980 I have purchased three homes through Fish RE and have been pleased with my purchases and sales. Thanks Mark!

Tony has a deep understanding of the market and outstanding communication skills. When we initially considered selling our home, he provided us with detailed information on comparable sales. He successfully secured an additional $80,000 above the initial listing price suggested by other realtors and agencies. Tony knows his market and business exceptionally well, and he is the best realtor I have ever worked with.

I appreciated the experience that Cherry brought to the sales process. She did an excellent job steering this estate sale through a litany of potential snags. We got six offers in three days. Five offers were at or above list price. I am very happy with these results.

Ross kept me informed at every step of the process of selling my home. He explained each step that we went through and answered all of my questions. It was a pleasure working with him and I would hire him again and will recommend him to family and friends.

My property was a 40-year-old ranch home with very few improvements. Cara was able to see the desirability of the location and the qualities that made the home an attractive prospect. When she listed the property, we got six offers in three days. Five of the offers were at or above the listing price. I am very happy with these results.

I would highly recommend Josh. My house never officially hit the market and sold for over asking price.

Ross was professional, did not try and sell me on every house I looked at. Always answered the phone, or called back in a timely manner. Got the deal done that I wanted, and hope to use him again in the future.
