Rick had been answering questions for me years before we decided to sell our home and that is why we chose him. I cannot say enough about how conscientious he is and his work ethic. He always anticipated what was coming and prepared us well for showing the home. We also noted that homes he listed in our area always sold quickly. He knows this area really well and he knows who contact for whatever reason. He followed up on problems before I even thought about them. Very considerate of the fact that my husband was not well and arranged viewing around this. He even went so far as to purchase and replace light bulbs in my home because he knew the house would show better. No better agent in my opinion!!!
