I was impressed with Rick’s level of knowledge and the amount of data he had on AMI. He was ALWAYS available for home tours. His responsiveness was incredible. If he didn’t pick up, he always call me back no longer than 5 minutes later. We didn’t know what we wanted when we first talked to Rick, but he worked with us to make our goal of owning on AMI a reality. He was also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements Rick was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. His cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence they would get the job done – and he did!

We are on our second go-round of working with Rick & Linda on a real estate transaction. First time we were on the buying end and trying to find a home from afar as we were living in Texas and making the move to Florida. Rick and team always work it from the ground up. Taking the time to find out who you are, where your work is and what your interests are. They find areas you are interested in possibly living and will pull homes based on your desired area and home types along with using their expertise and local knowledge to find other areas that may interest you. Rick is always communicating and keeping you in the loop as homes move fast…me missed on a couple but Rick found others until we found that perfect home. We recently used Rick (and we can’t forget Linda) to list and sell that same home he sold us. This time we were building a new home and needed some flexibility in timing for the listing, the sale and closing and some possible rent back. Rick took the ball and ran with it on EVERYTHING we asked of him and he ended up finding us the perfect buyer with a sale over asking and all the flexibility we could ask for. It’s the attention to needs and the details that ultimately get things done and Rick and Linda provide all of that. Happy to have them as our realtors and now call them friends.

We came for a month from out of state looking for the perfect area. Rick was very patient with us. Sending us all the listings that fit our interests. We found our dream house on one of the listings he sent us after we came home. Very scary move for us but Rick guided us with the purchase. He made us feel very comfortable, sight unseen is the normal these days. We were lucky everything worked out. Paul Wheeler was a big help for Rick in our sale. They both help us and guided us with all our questions. Paul was there with us during the inspection and will be doing the walk thru when the sellers move out. Since we are still out of state. We appreciate Rick and Paul for all they did for us.
