A friend referred us to Marina and we called her when we had decided to move from NY to FL. It turned out she talked to us for 2 yrs. - 2 YEARS!*!*! First, she advised us on the sale of our NY home. After the first year of deals & contracts falling apart, she still called with concern and interest. When most realtors would of bailed, she didn't. She's tough, yet compassionate and someone that doesn't give up. She stayed with us for the next year and luckily our house sold in 6 days! It took us 3 months to close and purchase a new home in Florida. Marina actually drove around hanging out the window of a moving car (thanks to her great husband who was driving) taking video of whole areas and houses. She went above and beyond "your average realtor". I could go on & on about all the detailed ways she made our move to Florida possible, but just suffice to say - Marina just might be the BEST realtor in Florida - correction.
