We highly recommend Brooks based on her level of commitment and ability to navigate through our bumpy road to close, she was faced with a lot of trials and maintained a professional and encouraging attitude. She was very responsive and engaged every step of the way. She does a great job marketing her listings and eager to show and do open houses. She has a lot of experience with lending issues which is very helpful in the current market. I am checking below expectations on sale price not because of Brooks, but due to a lender manipulating the appraiser, this was out of Brooks hands although she was able to rebuttal and regain some value. :)
