Excellent Realtor
From the first time I met you, you made me laugh. It was tough for me to put my house on the market, but you were with me every step of the way. I was scared and you calmed my fears. You are a genuine person. You tell it like it is and I like that because I'm like that to. We became friends and then family. We had bumps in the road, but they worked out. I miss hearing from you every day. Every time we prayed, and the time Stephen prayed while we were on porch I cried. Thank you for everything you have done. You worked hard to make this sale and make sure I came out for the good. You keep up the good work. God Bless you my friend.

We’ll start by saying that Julie is a really nice person! Working with her to sell our home was about a smooth a process as we have been through, and we have purchased and sold a few homes over the years in different states. She was realistic and candid about the market, selling price, and opportunities to sell in a challenging environment. Her response time to texts and calls was almost unreal, and her positive personality made the process very stress free. We were very fortunate to be able to sell our home within a few days of listing and that process was streamlined with buyers who were also great. We highly recommend Julie and wish her all the best! Julie knows the market she serves Julie was willing to visit many properties and would have kept going if we did not find our property Julie negotiated well on our behalf and did not hesitate to bring the seller "just one more" request from us Julie was fair with regard to her compensation for the sale Julie provided many alternatives related to closing options and title companies ending up saving us money and time and closing early Finally, Julie was professional and friendly throughout the entire buying experience and we would recommend her to anyone!

Responsive and personable
I met with Wendy for the first time late in the year, and due to work was unable to seriously continue the house hunt until early spring the following year. When I reached out to her again after such a long period of silence, she was very responsive, able to organize viewings at multiple properties the following weekend. Wendy also kept a look out herself for properties that she thought matched what I was looking for, and was able to fit them into viewing schedules she'd already made. She was also able to schedule things on short notice if it was a property I was particularly interested in, or if I wanted a second look at a property nearby during our tours. She walked through the properties with me, hitting on the things that worked well vs things that were less in line with my wants per property. Seperately from all that, I had just moved to Sarasota, and Wendy as a local was kind enough to give me great recommendations for all sorts of things in the area.
