Val Fazendin is everything you could want in a real estate agent and then some! She was our partner through the whole process: searching for a home, negotiating the purchase, and communicating with the selling agent as necessary. She also provided good recommendations for contractors and other services following the sale. She's very knowledgeable of neighborhoods, real estate trends, school reputations, and interior design. She is also adept at spotting potential risks with each property and providing suggestions on how to navigate them. She asked the right questions to help us make decisions, and when we asked her opinion she always had a direct and helpful answer. I would totally recommend Val to anyone in the market to buy or sell a house.
