We purchased a townhouse in November with the assistance of Sarah Graff of Fazendin Realtors. We had been looking for a one level home in the West metro area for two years. Working with another company, nothing had been a right fit. When we selected Sarah to represent us it was a positive experience in every way. She exemplifies the professional yet personal agent. We found her to be diligent about finding properties to show us, and sensitive to our specific parameters. Sarah was clearly well qualified for the task at hand, and we knew we could trust her to have our best interests in mind. She quickly found a home we felt was “the one” and we submitted a successful bid right away. We especially appreciated the way Sarah led us through all the complexities of purchase, as it had been 50 years since we’d bought a house. We are extremely pleased with our new home, and feel we have Sarah to thank for it. We can’t imagine anyone could have been a better fit for us!

Emily Leach was assigned to my wife and I through my company's relocation process. We were incredibly lucky to have been placed with such an incredible agent! The amount of positive things that we could say about Emily would fill this box up entirely. From start to finish, she went above and beyond for us and our experience couldn't have gone any smoother. Our favorite thing about her (hard to choose just one) was the fact that she didn't try to over-sell or push us on anything, or any home. She was extremely knowledgeable and was clearly looking out for our best interests, which says a TON about her! Seriously, she was an 11/10 and we would recommend Emily to anybody!
