Catherine did a great job with a difficult sale. When she took over, the property had already been on the property over a year. She did her homework ahead of time, bringing in solid data to back her recommendations. It was also apparent that she understood the neighborhood, what the house’s appeal would be, and to whom it would appeal. Catherine takes a more personal approach in managing her listings, attending showings and open houses herself whenever possible. This gives an opportunity to answer questions from prospective buyers and gathering feedback for the seller right away. Within 2 weeks of signing Catherine, the house was under contract, with closing just over a month later. I highly recommend Catherine to anyone looking for a great agent!

When we first visited houses, Heather set up an itinerary with times and their locations organized so that we could fit more houses in with our limited time. Once we decided on a house, Heather provided us a roadmap of every step and sat down and explained what we should expect the entire way. She was in constant contact providing us with updates on each step of the process and answering our many questions any time of the day.
