I think we can all agree that buying or selling a property is an extremely stressful situation. What makes it even worse is doing it from 1,000 miles away. My wife and I were recently in this very situation. We were relocating from NJ to Seminole County and do not think we would have been able to complete the process so easily without the help of Kevin Kelly. Kevin is the utmost professional. He is always available, was instrumental in previewing homes for us - either on his own or with a relative acting on our behalf. When it came down to crunch time, my wife had to travel down to make the final selection. In my absence, Kevin toured the potential properties with my wife. Careful not to steer her in one way or another, he provided factual information and generally offered hand holding & emotional support. This transaction could have gone very differently had we been working with an agent with less experience, lower standards or frankly, not the level of ethics & professionalism that Kevin possesses. Olivia helped us purchase a home in Oviedo, FL. We were moving across the country from Oregon. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and made the transaction very smooth, despite the distal closing. She knows the market well and paid attention to our preferences. We viewed 12 houses in one day during our visit, then followed up on the best prospects the following day. My wife and I are very satisfied with the experience. We didn't negotiate much on the price based on her recommendation, but we really loved the house and didn't want to make another cross-country trip to view more houses. I might have negotiated more, but took her advice. By the way, she would have been more than happy to go another round with negotiations, which is what I would have normally done. The outcome was uncertain if we had negotiated more, and it's possible that her smooth approach is why we won the home. All-in-all, we're very satisfied.
