We sold and bought with Nicole at the same time! She and I attended the same high school and when we started house hunting and the realtor we had originally contacted was unresponsive to my texts (and still has yet to text me back!!!!) I spoke with Nicole. We are 100% glad we did. She came to look at our place within 48 hours, talked about what we were looking for and within the week our house was listed for sale with stunning photos. She is highly responsive, aggressive in all the right ways, and keeps you aware of what is going on every step of the way. Her expertise is stunning and you truly have an advocate of the highest order with her.You never feel like you don't know whats going on, and her honesty and not in it for the sale attitude is refreshing. She told me she treats each client like she is buying her own home, and it shows. There was never any pressure, or sugar coating, which only added to the ease of working together. We had a few snags but they were never on our/her end and she did everything and above and beyond in her power to resolve them quickly (which she did). I have heard horror stories about house selling and buying and Nicole made it a great experience. I would highly recommend her to anyone even thinking about buying or selling!.

Nicole Howell is an excellent agent. We love her. Nicole helped us find our home when we moved to Florida and is now helping us sell our home. There is so much stress in buying or selling a home but with Nicole such a huge sense of pressure is released because she is so confident, knowledgeable and takes charge.
