The last thing you want as a buyer is to waste time looking at homes that "aren't you". It's one thing for an agent to know the number of bedrooms, baths etc that you are looking for it is completely another thing for someone to know your families needs so well that they are able to make recommendations that may not fit into your exact "listed" parameters but work perfectly because they take the time to really understand who you and your family members are. Catherine did a great job with a difficult sale. When she took over, the property had already been on the property over a year. She did her homework ahead of time, bringing in solid data to back her recommendations. It was also apparent that she understood the neighborhood, what the house’s appeal would be, and to whom it would appeal.
