At no time was Wendy anything but professional. Wendy came into my life when I was going through a tough time. My husband had passed away. I needed an agent that could sell my house and understand my pain at the same time. She went above and beyond her job as an agent. She handled all with kid gloves and made the sale easy. We had a couple of bumps in the road, not her fault, but she never gave up. The sale was seamless and went thru easily. I can't imagine going through this without her. We used to say that if I wasn't moving out of Florida we would be friends, that was true. I highly recommend her as an agent with professionalism and also a heart. A good combination. David managed the sale of our home in Hilton Head Plantation. In addition to being knowledgeable about the area and the current conditions of the market, David was really on top of the marketing plan, and went above and beyond to ensure the home was seen by all potential buyers. Also, he was johnny-on-the-spot in finding ways to address a roof leak identified only 4 days before closing - his "rolodex" of reliable contractors found someone on very short notice (hard to find in this area) that was able to handle the repair in the small amount of time available before closing. Great job all around!
