Our home search and eventual purchase was not typical. We didn't know where we wanted to live, so our agent JC Marko took us all over southwest Florida before we decided to make an offer on a home. Little did anyone know the sellers could not execute the transaction before going through a lengthy probate and legal process. JC Marko was advocating for us every step of the way, and even arranged to get us a way to move in prior to close. JC and Wendy also assisting us in finding a lender.
