I have never had a team be so helpful and understanding in taking us step by step with pros and cons and selling us the house of our dreams. I give them an A+++ rating. If you are looking to buy in the low country you have come to the best team who will listen to your every need. They make you feel like family. I can’t express my gratitude enough with them going out of their way on every level. You will not be disappointed.
The David Dale Team
Choosing Dave and Dale Cross to sell our home in Hilton Head was the best decision! Their real estate knowledge, years of experience, attention to detail and professionalism make them the perfect team. The small touches that you didn't even know you needed are the very things that end up making all the difference. From the wonderfully designed flyers, videos and photos for social media marketing to the very cute open house theme, they went above and beyond. Their organization and communication with us was also wonderful. We were kept aware of everything at each step of the process. We could not have asked for more. From the first phone call to service after the close, this team is a powerhouse! They are full service and at one point had to even help wake our 18 year old to get him out of the house for a showing. I can't imagine using anyone else. David and Dale are truly the BEST! Trust me, I'll be using them again!

Wendy Lynn did a great job as our realtor! She was professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to help us through every step of the process. Her communication was always clear and timely, and we felt supported and confident the entire time. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

David and Dale are great to work with. Responsive, persistent and very knowledgeable. David convinced us to consider several HHI communities that hadn’t even been on our radar, and in fact we bought a house in one of those places. Nice people to work with, too.
The David Dale Team
I have referred David and Dale to friends and relatives who have purchased homes in Hilton Head previously, and they treated them with such kindness, throughout the buying and selling process that when it came time to list my own home I knew who to call. David and Dale stayed in touch from day one of listing to closing and made sure everything was completely perfect.

Wendy was very competent, professional and attentive in her approach to selling our house, She is easy to work with and knows the market area thoroughly. She consulted with me closely regarding repairs, price changes and workmen to do the jobs professionally and in a timely manner. She made selling our home much easier. A delight work to with. Where to start?! House sold in 2 weeks for asking price, which was more than I had expected it to be listed for. Similar house down the street sold for $50,000 less just the month before. Another similar house was listed for $40,000 less when we got the offer. Super freindly, every question(alot) answered, set expectations and exceeded them. She was referred to me by someone she has helped in the past with amazing results. There are tons of folks out there that will list your home then wait for offers. Wendy does an amazing marketing plan. The photos and videos are gorgeous. My buyer bought without seeing the house in person 3 states away! !!!!!Thank you Wendy¡¡¡¡¡¡

My experience with Wendy was incredible. She is professional yet very down to earth. I sent her a message one morning, a few hours later I was going to purchase my dream home. Thank you so very much, my friend..

We were so fortunate to have Wendy to help us navigate through this process. This home is the 8th home we have sold and it was an incredibly difficult process. Wendy came up with creative solutions before she told us what difficulties lay ahead. She answered our questions and help keep us calm through it all. We are very thankful for her expertise and diligence in handling the sale of our home. Bravo Wendy!!!

My husband and I worked with Wendy to help us find a new house in Florida. We are moving from Massachusetts. I contacted Wendy and she helped find a few different new build communities and we looked at a bunch of them one weekend when we were down there visiting we finally ended up with a property we liked and since we were working from so far away, Wendy was our eyes on the whole process for us. we communicated a lot via text or FaceTime and this worked well since we couldn’t be there every weekend. We finally just closed on our house on March 14 and again Wendy was there every step of the way with us. She even did the final walk-throughs for us over FaceTime. I would totally recommend Wendy for any of your new house needs.
