Choosing Dave and Dale Cross to sell our home in Hilton Head was the best decision! Their real estate knowledge, years of experience, attention to detail and professionalism make them the perfect team. The small touches that you didn't even know you needed are the very things that end up making all the difference. From the wonderfully designed flyers, videos and photos for social media marketing to the very cute open house theme, they went above and beyond. Their organization and communication with us was also wonderful. We were kept aware of everything at each step of the process. We could not have asked for more. From the first phone call to service after the close, this team is a powerhouse! They are full service and at one point had to even help wake our 18 year old to get him out of the house for a showing. I can't imagine using anyone else. David and Dale are truly the BEST! Trust me, I'll be using them again!
