We met with Wendy Lynn during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. As we were living in Virginia and trying to buy a home in Florida, Wendy came up with a list of homes based on our detailed criteria. She then drove all around the area and FaceTimed us to view the homes. Wendy went through every room, opened cabinets, etc...it was as if we were right there walking through with her! While viewing one of our picked homes, Wendy received information on a brand new home. It was in the same neighborhood that we wanted and it was not on the market yet. Wendy showed us the house, we made an offer lower than asking price, it was accepted and we went under contract...all in the same day! We were even able to move in a few weeks later! Wendy made the whole process seamless. It was as if things were business as usual regardless of the pandemic, because of Wendy's personal interest in doing whatever was needed to get us our dream Florida home. We highly recommend Wendy Lynn to anyone looking to find a home in the Sarasota/Manatee County area.

We decided to sell my Mother’s home in Sarasota Florida, unfortunately Mom was no longer able to live alone. I live in NC so everything had to be handled long distance (we were very stressed and overwhelmed at the daunting task and the process required to place mom’s house on the market especially living in another state. With the many realtors I have dealt with in the past selling my own properties, I knew it was NOT going to be an easy or pleasant experience… That is until we met Wendy Lynn, from the moment we were introduced we could tell she was a caring, knowledgable and professional agent with experience in the issues we were going through. (Living out of state and selling a parents home). Wendy went above and beyond the requirements of a great agent! She kept in touch to let us know how many showings we experienced and what the feedback was from each showing. During the inspection process we found some repairs were needed, Wendy was instrumental in helping us get these repairs resolved quickly. She also stayed on top of current market availability and gave us feedback so we could make smart decisions, i.e. if other homes in close proximity were either for sale or sold she offered suggestions on how to maximize our potential sale. The only downside to working with Wendy, now I know what a truly remarkable Real Estate Agent is and should be!!! Everyone selling a home should have a Wendy experience!!!!! Vickie S.

I could not be happier that I chose Wendy Lynn to help me find my first home in Florida. I relocated from Pittsburgh and had no clue what I was doing. Wendy was so helpful and knowledgeable through everything in the process. I had so much fun looking for houses with her in the TWO days we had to do it! you cannot go wrong with Wendy Lynn. She was so helpful getting our property listed, selling and negotiating the closing. We also bought a property from her a few years earlier which we built our current home. The experience was so great which is why we chose her to sell for us this time. Wendy has done a tremendous job assisting us when we purchased both of our condos in Florida and selling the first one. Great follow up and customer service. Closings and inspections were seamless as she stayed on top of the details.
