My contact with Kris has been wonderful from beginning to the end. Upon her first visit she presented me with a complete package of information. Her presentation was professional, informative and very useful. She recommended on price for my home which was exactly what the purchaser was willing to pay. My house was under contract within several days from the initial listing. Closing was slightly more than a month later. I would recommend her to others wish to sell their home.

Kris truly was such a delight to work with. We had to travel from Northern Virginia which meant we had a tight schedule but Kris made herself available to us with out any issues. Through out the whole process we felt comfortable because she is extremely knowledgeable but also really cares that she can help find the right fit for you. Anytime we needed help with anything she was able to answer it or quickly get us connected with someone who can answer it. If and when I would need to go through this process again I would reach out to Kris and recommend her to anyone. She really went above and beyond to help us first time buyers feel confident and comfortable. I am very happy we decided to work with her.
