She took the time and listened to all of our requests and then found us a home that suited our wants/needs. The market is extremely competitive but Dawn was tenacious about making sure we had options, she went above and beyond to get the job done! I felt prioritized and my requests were just as important to Dawn as they were to me, she really wanted to make sure my fiancé and I would be happy with our first home. Dawn is the realtor you are looking for! Her expertise and administration of every step in selling my home was above and beyond most other realtors. She started with advising me on only the necessary things I should do to get my house ready to sell then finished with setting up every appointment I needed through the closing process.
