I cannot say enough about Dawn! She provided excellent service and support as I navigated a new area, and the purchasing of a new home. Her attention to detail and timing was excellent. She handled all aspects of needs from showing us the area, discussion of homes, title company, mortgage broker and even a surveyor for the property. I highly recommend Ms. Dawn Roy without hesitation! Thank you for making a long distance move much easier for us!

Dawn made our house buying experience from start to finish. We were out of town buyers with a short move timeline. Dawn quickly helped us identify the right neighborhoods to target, identified multiple house options that met all of our requirements. She was incredibly responsive, she listened to our feedback and helped us find a beautiful home. In this challenging and very competitive housing market, Dawn meticulously laid out what we needed to do to have our offer selected. Once we were under contract, Dawn went above and beyond to help with visits at the property when we were out of town, and helping with our moving logistics. She is a wealth of knowledge about the neighborhood and had wonderful recommendations for work we wanted to have done on our new home (eg flooring, handyman, cleaning service). I highly recommend Dawn for any buyer who wants to have a partner in their buying experience!

I explained that I don't like to fly and wanted to know if it would be possible to sell my home without having to leave Arizona. She replied "absolutely". I wasn't confident at first, but she made a believer out of me by making the entire process seamless. I never had to fly to Virginia. I never had to worry. Dawn kept me in the loop from beginning to closing. Not only that, but she went above and beyond by putting up a new medicine cabinet I purchased to avoid me having to pay a handyman to do it. We first met Dawn Roy at an open house when we were in the market for a home in 2019.  After some fun conversation it was clear that she would be wonderful to work with…. Several viewings later, we found our home in Charter Colony.  Fast forward to 2022, due to a company transfer, we were looking to sell and move out of state. Naturally, Dawn was the first person we called. She was truly a pleasure to work with and her positive personality really took the stress out of the whole process.  We were fortunate to sell the first weekend we listed and thanks to Dawn, the whole thing was a cinch to button up. I just wish she was coming with us to our newly adopted location!
