I explained that I don't like to fly and wanted to know if it would be possible to sell my home without having to leave Arizona. She replied "absolutely". We first met Dawn Roy at an open house when we were in the market for a home in 2019. After some fun conversation it was clear that she would be wonderful to work with…. Several viewings later, we found our home in Charter Colony. Fast forward to 2022, due to a company transfer, we were looking to sell and move out of state.
