I was coming from California, so I was a little nervous. Myra worked so hard to find to find the right home for me. I explained to her what I was looking for and ever house I saw was what I wanted. I was waiting for the right one and I got it. Myra also worked to time it to the time I was planning to move to Texas and it all worked out perfectly. I am so happy.

We've worked with Myra 3 times in the past and all of them have been wonderful experiences. She helped us buy our first home ever, then when we had to move out of state, she sold our house and when we came back to Texas this year, she helped us find our new home. Even in the middle of the pandemic and as crazy as the house market currently is, we always knew we were in the best hands and of course she didn't dissapoint. She is very knowledgeable, professional and always gives her best advice and guidance. We will definitely work with her again in the future and absolutely recommend her. Ryan Weddle was recommended to us by close friends who worked with him a few years back. Bein first time homebuyers, the complete process was all new for us & add to it the current market where homes were far & few in between, we were not sure if we would really get anything. In came Ryan with his friendly attitude and sharing tips and information about the homes and their conditions on each showing. That really helped us learn the nuances of the home buying process as well as help clear our requirements. Ryan was very patient with us as well as with the market - the way good offers came up blank and kept us interested through the 4 month hunt. Missy Starling was an excellent realtor. From the very beginning to the very end she was able to assist me with any questions that I had. Communication between each other was outstanding. I had any question answered is a timely manner if not asap. Missy has been doing this for 17 years and it shows that she knew her way around as a realtor. Her negotiation ability is amazing. She was able to get the seller to budge on a few things and I was able to saved more money than I expected. As a veteran she knew her in and outs for the VA Loan.
