DFW is an extremely competitive market and was intimidating for a first time homebuyer like myself. From the first day, Myra set up a game plan, walked me through the buying process and helped me put my mind at ease. Myra after only 2 weeks of looking at houses was able to identify the key things that I liked in houses and took me around to see houses that pretty much checked all the boxes for what I was looking for. She pointed out things in the house when touring I wouldn't have thought about and I valued her opinions during these visits. From a financial/offer standpoint. Myra provided excellent recommendations on what would be a "fair offer" for these houses. Since the market was growing at a fast rate, the comparable houses were not caught up with the current market trend so we needed to bid more than what was recommended by comps. Even though we lost bids on some houses, we were often in the top 3-5 on many houses out of around 25-35 total bids on the house. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I am happy in my new home. Myra is very responsive, knows the market well, and is very honest (in a constructive way) which made the process very smooth and I would recommend any prospective homebuyer to work with her.

Myra Urias went over and beyond my expectations as a Real Estate Agent in finding me a house in Dentron. When I arrived from out of state for a few days, Myra had a list of houses for me to view during the time of my stay. Even though I didn't find a house of my preference and had to return home, she continued to show houses to my brother, who lives in Sanger and also to my sister, who also came from out of state to shop for herself. My sister and brother were albe to find a house of my taste and Myra wrote up my offer, which was accepted, and she was very helpful throughout the Escrow procedure. Myra is very friendly, professional, attentive to your preference in area of Real Estate, and keeping it within your price range.
