I can describe Tammy in one word - awesome. She knew exactly what I wanted and worked hard to find the perfect home for me. The housing market is so crazy right now. Tammy was amazing to work with! She was very knowledgeable and helpful ever step of the way. She had so much patience with us and was available any time we needed her. She constantly sent us new listings to look at, which eliminated the stress of having to search on our own with our busy schedule. Tammy made my first time home buying experience a great one and less stressful then I ever imagined!!! Tiffany did an excellent job of assessing the value of my property which was in an area where there are very few previous sales to compare to. The property was listed on September 1st and under contract within two weeks. Tiffany handled the contract and closing process quickly and efficiently. The sale closed on September 20.
