•We just moved to the area a year ago and we’re debating about about whether or not we wanted to buy. We just happened to stop into the office and met Samantha Trout. We started looking at houses and a little over a week later we had put in an offer that was accepted. Helping us find a house that fit us was just the first part. Helping us navigate all the inspections and the financial process was made much easier working with Samantha. In particular, we had a number of challenges with the financial team. They were not responsive or clear in communications. This caused a lot of frustration. Samantha consistently followed up on our behalf and asked questions to make sure everything was on track. If Samantha was involved then we more comfortable. She was also very personable and we felt comfortable reaching out anytime we had a question even if we felt like it was a silly question she never made us feel that way. She seemed generally excited for us, and it never came across as if she was focused on the commission. We have been involved with sales people for a long time are quick to recognize people that are not sincere in what they do. We love our new house, but if we ever need a different one, we will definitely be calling Samantha! And if we know of anyone else looking for one would not hesitate for a moment to recommend her! Thank you!
