Her customer service skills made her stand out. We connected immediately and decided to sign with her the same day. She has a strong desire to help relocaters find the right home. She took the time to do several video walk throughs and even showed us the surrounding area. She was an excellent communiter and always responds in a timely and informative manner. I felt she had our backs from the begining especially when a deal fell through no fault of ours and she decided to come back from her time off to get us a new home. That next day we were under contract again which was extremely important as our home had already went under contract. She works well under pressure and knows what is important. I did not know Terry before last year, but if you're looking for a hard working, honest, Christian man, that's how I came to know him. He's very ethical, moral, and of the highest standards. He knows the area, real estate, and how to work with people. It's hard to be able to trust people in this day and age, but we trusted him with not only our belongings but our home!!
