Kirsten is the best realtor I have ever had! She went above and beyond in assisting us with the sale of our home. We live out of state and she kept us in the loop of everything and the process went very smoothly. She always answered my phone calls, texts, emails immediately and always responded in a timely manner if unavailable. She checked on our home at least weekly and had realistic and helpful suggestions in ways to make our home more marketable. She helped us through the negotiation process and all the paperwork. Selling/Buying a home can be stressful, she is wonderful at explaining the process in bite-size pieces and has a very calming and kind demeanor which was very helpful. She is always very personable but extremely professional. 5 stars is not a high enough rating, I would give her 10 if possible!

Kirsten helped us buy our dream home and sell our starter home. She was amazing through the whole process. But that was over a year ago, and what amazes me even more is that she is still helping us tie up loose ends with the process. Here are some examples of things Kirsten has done to go above and beyond what I would expect from a normal real estate agent: - She helped us resolve a property tax issue and get the money we were owed. - She was a masterful negotiator in helping us get some repairs done on our house by our builder (who was not very responsive until she got involved). - She helped us negotiate several key aspects of the contract during the closing, including some expensive fixes to the home that the seller didn't have to accept. - She spent a lot of time listening to us and our concerns and was always responsive to our calls and questions (even at weird hours). Kirsten is top notch. We would recommend her to anyone, even our closest friends and family.

She has recently sold my property and gave an experience which was less stressful and exceeded all my expectations in the process. She has been very supportive and helpful in every step of the process. Shared her experience, knowledge, resources to improve the property for a better deal. If you are looking for a real estate agent that will go the extra mile AND truly care about you, Kirsten is the person to contact. She first found a home for our son, who had moved to Salt Lake from Wisconsin. He is in his early 20's so it wasn't a "big" sell for her but she patiently showed him at least 2 dozen homes until they found the right one. And then she's checked in periodically afterwards to make sure everything is ok, and anything under warranty was taken care of. When we decided to purchase a condo in Salt Lake we knew who to call. She's was terrific in finding the right place for us, always goes the extra mile and was very savvy when it came to the complexities of real estate transactions. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

Our experience with Kirsten was entirely positive. We don't live in Salt Lake City, and Kirsten was our agent when purchasing an investment property in the Liberty Park area. She was very organized and efficient during our visit to SLC to view properties, and she was prompt to follow up on queries and tasks after we left. We relied on her knowledge of SLC and on her experience with local inspectors, mortgage providers, contractors, etc. All provided excellent service. She was an effective advocate in our negotiations with the sellers. If we buy again in SLC, we will definitely call Kirsten.

Kirsten was our realtor when we sold a home in April 2013. We interviewed several realtors before selecting Kirsten. She was the most thorough and enthusiastic of all that we interviewed. She really went above and beyond in helping us determine the right asking price. Most realtors told us a number based on the research that they had done. Kirsten brought printouts of many comparable homes in our area and went over them with us in detail. Unlike the others, she took the initiative to have us go and visit the competition rather than just evaluating based on the online listing information. Additionally, she gave us very good advice about how to stage the house and which improvements we should complete before listing the house and those that we should consider leaving for the buyers to inquire about during negotiations. She was great at answering questions that complete novices like us had throughout the process. Also, she remained a strategic ally until the very end of the process- she even caught a calculation error at the signing of the closing paperwork. Her attention to detail at this critical moment put more money in our pockets.

Kirsten went above and beyond for us. She knew we were on a tight time frame, and spent nearly every night looking for houses with us. As first time home buyers, we had no idea what we truly wanted and she helped us to pinpoint the perfect solution. We finally settled on new construction, and she was there for every step explaining contracts, giving us advice, and holding our builder accountable at every turn.
