Kirsten Rose is the most knowledgeable realtor I’ve ever dealt with (selling / buying) around the country. During a remodel earlier in 2020, she helped with design to maximize the value of each area of the home that was upgraded. Kirsten helped evaluate all bids, presenting detailed financial information ensuring we chose the most financially sound bid. Kirsten Rose is the best Realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with! She staged my vacant home prior to listing it AND this process was included in her commission. I don’t know of any other Realtor that includes staging the home in their commission. WELL it certainly made a huge difference because my home went under contract in 4 days and closed in 28 days from when it was originally listed. There were 2 other identical homes on my street that have been on the market for 1-2 months and my home went under contract in 4 days for $8-10,000 more than what the others were listed for! This is incredible and I am blown away with the results. Kirsten’s knowledge, organization, professionalism and capabilities within the real estate market are top notch. I can’t imagine using any other Realtor!

Kirsten Rose (no relation) was the best that I could ever have imagined. As a first time home buyer, I had absolutely NO idea about anything. Kirsten was able to explain everything with the patience of a saint. She made sure that I didn't make the mistakes that I was about to make, and she did it all with calm supportive expertise that didn't make me feel like the inexperienced green-horn that I am. I was able to get the perfect home at a price that I can well afford, and that will be mine forever. Kirsten is the best realtor I have ever had! She went above and beyond in assisting us with the sale of our home. We live out of state and she kept us in the loop of everything and the process went very smoothly. She always answered my phone calls, texts, emails immediately and always responded in a timely manner if unavailable. She checked on our home at least weekly and had realistic and helpful suggestions in ways to make our home more marketable. She helped us through the negotiation process and all the paperwork. Selling/Buying a home can be stressful, she is wonderful at explaining the process in bite-size pieces and has a very calming and kind demeanor which was very helpful. She is always very personable but extremely professional. 5 stars is not a high enough rating, I would give her 10 if possible!

Kirsten helped us buy our dream home and sell our starter home. She was amazing through the whole process. But that was over a year ago, and what amazes me even more is that she is still helping us tie up loose ends with the process. Here are some examples of things Kirsten has done to go above and beyond what I would expect from a normal real estate agent: - She helped us resolve a property tax issue and get the money we were owed. - She was a masterful negotiator in helping us get some repairs done on our house by our builder (who was not very responsive until she got involved). - She helped us negotiate several key aspects of the contract during the closing, including some expensive fixes to the home that the seller didn't have to accept. - She spent a lot of time listening to us and our concerns and was always responsive to our calls and questions (even at weird hours). Kirsten is top notch. We would recommend her to anyone, even our closest friends and family.

She has recently sold my property and gave an experience which was less stressful and exceeded all my expectations in the process. She has been very supportive and helpful in every step of the process. Shared her experience, knowledge, resources to improve the property for a better deal. One of those persons who would go that extra mile of care for the people who believe in her. She would take the deals very personally and handle them professionally by giving her full involvement and hard work. These qualities and dedication are hard to find in this business.
