If you are looking for an Agent the search is over. My husband and I moved to CO from out of town and our knowledge of the area was based on traveling here for work. Jennifer spent the first few weeks chatting with us to get an understanding of what we wanted in a home, goals of moving to CO and our lifestyle. Due to the vast differences in the areas she spent the first two days taking us to different types of homes/lots to start to narrow down the choice. When the time came when we found the home, she worked closely with us on the offer. Which in this market is the key. She made very sage suggestions of 'elegant negotiable" which didn't truly cost us anything but made our offer more appealing. There were six offers and while we were not the highest, we were the most appealing to the seller. Then through out the escrow she and her team hyper managed the process and we were able to close on the correct date. As with any escrow there were lots of bumps in the road, but because she had seen them and had an ecosystem of individuals, they were handled seamlessly and with out a lot of fan fare. There are two types of Realtor, imho, those that are doing to check out homes and those that have made a career out of it. Jennifer is the latter and this was truly evident during our escrow.
