When we first contacted Gabriella we submitted to her a list of questions about the process involved in selling our condo in Bradenton. We were not residents of the USA and were interested in selling our condo. Without meeting her and while being unable to visit the USA as we were in the middle of the Covid 19 pandemic we were very concerned about how this could possibly be handled to our satisfaction. To say the least we were very concerned and very apprehensive. We were concerned about having prospective buyers and an unknown real estate agent having access to our condo without us being present. We had questions about the legalities, costs of fees and other expenses, procedures about signing the closure documents and the requirements of the IRS. Gabriella from day one was patient, courteous, thorough, understanding and absolutely professional. She quickly alleviated our concerns and everything was handled as we expected. She was in constant communication with us and left no stone unturned in her efforts to quickly sell our condo and arrange for all transactions to be completed to everyone’s satisfaction. We would highly recommend Gabriella to anyone who is thinking of selling their property whether they live in Florida or outside the state or the USA.

I had Eric help me put an offer on our house and handle all communication and paperwork while I was out of the country.
