Where do I start? I’ve had the privilege of working with Jennifer on 3 real estate transactions over the last 5 years. She helped sell our initial house for top dollar, was the selling agent on the house with a acreage we moved into, which we got for a great price, and after we put a quarter of a million dollars in renovations and additions to that home Jennifer knocked it out of the park again in helping us sell that home! We listed our acreage property just after 3 years of living there and Jennifer helped us sell our home with a 35% increase on our initial investment. And we had competing offers well over listing price within the first week! I am a roofing contractor that deals with many realtors and I can truly say that I have never worked with anyone as excellent, kind, and when necessary a fighter for her clients in negotiations. Jennifer will do anything for her clients. Jennifer surrounds herself with an amazing team of people and can take on whatever challenge buying or selling a home can throw at you. It would be worth noting that we currently live out of state and this last home sale took place while we were not occupying the home. Jennifer’s commitment to her clients made this such an easy process. She definitely did all the heavy lifting! I could write an essay on my families appreciation for Jennifer but I would sum it up with this. Just because a person has their realtor license, whether it is a family member or friend, doesn’t mean that they are the best choice. Great Customer Service, Professional, Knowledgeable! Jennifer was recommended to us by our financial advisor. I am so thankful. She knows the market. Especially during this pandemic she was spot on with all of her recommendations from paint colors to the list price. Everything went smoothly. She krpt us well informed throughout the whole process including what to expect at closing so there were no surprises. The closer was impressed that we were so prepared! Above and beyond customer service! She scheduled with the title company so we could pick up our check nearest to where we were going to be after the buyers signed.
