My wife and I met Anne two years ago at an open house in Venice that she listed. As we started talking we found out we knew a lot of the same people from Western Mass where Anne grew up. This spring my father-in-law suddenly passed away and my mother-in-law decided to sell their home in Englewood. We immediately thought of Anne to be the one realtor to contact in order to handle the sale. I’m a licensed realtor in Western Mass, and there are 3 more licensed agents in our immediate family with one being a broker. We are very familiar with the business of real estate. So while speaking with Anne we were at ease with her knowledge and professionalism. As expected, the sale of the house went without a hitch. Anne showed compassion to my mother-in-law who was obviously going through a very difficult time in her life. Without a doubt we would recommend Anne to anyone considering on buying or selling a home. We purchased a beautiful home from Sheila 3 years ago. She’s very friendly and cares about finding you your dream home. She took her time and showed us other houses also. She even showed us a house on a Sunday. She made arrangements with the seller, and got us in the house. She’s not a pushy salesperson, she finds out what your looking for and does her best to find it for you. I would recommend her to anyone. In fact, I referred her to. Neighbor. She’s honest and gives it to you straight.

We started our journey of selling our home with another agent. The experience was not what they told us it would be. We ended up getting a referral for Jennifer and luckily got out of our contract with the original agent and signed on with Jennifer after interviewing 3 other and Jennifer. Thank goodness we went with Jennifer. You see, we saw the other side and when Jennifer started doing her magic, we then realized Jennifer is the absolute best! If you need a Realtor, go with Jennifer. We wasted so much time with the other agent. And time is money when selling a home. we would give her 10 out of 5 stars!!! True professional and such a wonderful human!!!

Eric came to us with an above asking price offer within THREE DAYS!! He took care of E V E R Y T H I N G! He even shipped me up packages that I had incorrectly shipped to FL instead of PA. He looked for items I thought I had left in the home. He was ALWAYS available to answer our myriad of questions. Tim has helped my mom sell 2 homes and purchase 2 homes. Now into a condo with no yardwork. Tim has the patience of a Saint. My mom is not the easiest customer. In this market today, the homes are going at a very fast pace. It definitely takes a person that is knowledgeable and quick to respond. Tim is that person. He was able to find a great place that checked all the boxes. Tim even helped her move some things, he's definitely a good person to have on your side. My husband and I also purchased our home from Tim. He is now working with my sister-in-law for her new move to Florida. You couldn't ask for a better guy to help with your purchase or sale.
