Our friends, who recently bought homes in Rotunda West, referred Eric White to us, to help us look for our own Florida home. Upon meeting Eric, we immediately realized his vast knowledge and passion he has for being a realtor!! He immediately got to work looking for existing homes with our specifications and price range, finding 8 to look at in one day, including 3 model homes! We fell in love with one of the model home's floor plan, and decided to build. We indicated to Eric that we would like to purchase a lot on a golf course, with some trees for partial privacy and a view with water. (We knew we were asking for a lot ~ pardon the pun!) Two days later, Eric had set up 7 lots for us to view. The second lot we looked at had everything we asked for, and then some ~ the price was even lower than all the rest!! Eric encouraged us to offer below asking price ~ in which we did, and we got the lot! Eric also lined us up with the builder we met and liked, during our tour of homes!! As we write this review, we are now finalizing our house plans, and are looking forward to spending our winters in sunny Florida! We will recommend Eric White to any of our family, friends or acquaintances, who are interested in purchasing property in Florida!! Eric White is not only our realtor, he is also our friend:) We know he will be there in the future to help us out, if we need future guidance in our building needs. We had already committed to the purchase of our new home, so we needed to sell our townhouse quickly. To make things even more stressful, we were away for the season and had to deal with everything remotely. We had some small repairs that needed to be dealt with, and Dawn helped us find the right people to do the job quickly. Dawn took control and got the house in order for two weekends of Open Houses. The second weekend caught our buyers who were just “looking”. Cannot recommended Anne enough! I went under contract on my home while living in Massachusetts. Anne happily drove to each home and gave me a FaceTime tour of the house, opening drawers, looking under sinks. She would have climbed on the roof if I asked.
