As first time home buyers, Nicolette was fantastic in every step of the home buying process, from the moment we reached out to her she made sure to make us feel comfortable in what we were doing, confident in her skills and ability to get us what we wanted. She took all the real estate jargon and broke it down in to simpler terms and definitions that made it easy to understand what we were reading and discussing. Nicolette was available by phone (text or phone call) every time we needed to talk to her and if she wasn't she made sure to tell when she could call us back and stuck to that time. Our work schedules do not always fall in between the typical 9-5 and when we needed to discuss something late at night Nicolette was available for us.
