If you think that headline sounds exaggerated, then please allow me to expand. My husband and I have moved so often that family and friends shake their heads and don’t even bother to update their contact lists because they know we’ll be moving again soon. So please believe me when I write that working with Liz was the best experience we’ve ever had selling a house; and we’ve known a whole lot of, many, dozens, numerous, beaucoup real estate agents. Liz is smart, insightful, experienced and very knowledgeable. She knew the current market for our property and had all the resources lined up immediately so we could fix the condo up before listing it. Then she sold it in 12 days and brought us the absolutely best buyer on the planet. We’ve known a lot of buyers too … not all of them meet or exceed every commitment and deadline. Ours did.
