As first time home buyers, Nicolette was fantastic in every step of the home buying process, from the moment we reached out to her she made sure to make us feel comfortable in what we were doing, confident in her skills and ability to get us what we wanted. She took all the real estate jargon and broke it down in to simpler terms and definitions that made it easy to understand what we were reading and discussing. Nicolette was available by phone (text or phone call) every time we needed to talk to her and if she wasn't she made sure to tell when she could call us back and stuck to that time. Our work schedules do not always fall in between the typical 9-5 and when we needed to discuss something late at night Nicolette was available for us. As we started looking at houses i had made a checklist of things we wanted in that home we would purchase; cell reception, internet provider, neighbors, how wide the street is, how quiet or loud the neighborhood is, oven vent, and a whole lot more. Nicolette was amazing in handling this somewhat obsessive behavior that I had and after that first few home adapted our search to this checklist. Finally, after looking at house and being outbid a few times, Nicolette found a house that checked a lot of boxes on the checklist and that is the house we purchased. Nicolette was wonderful in helping us purchase a home, everything was smooth and almost stress free.
