Waterfront expert
I chose Gerry due to his expertise in waterfront properties, boatable waters, their unique legalities and because he knows the area. He was highly recommended by another agent. He was truthful (many said, oh yea, I’ve sold waterfront - research says no they don’t). His knowledge of Sarasota county’s rules and regs is indispensable. His ability to facilitate the sale between all parties was a major plus.
