We sold our home just after 1 year of owning the home (Relocation purposes), at a time when the market was not great. Cheryl Yates helped make what could have been a nightmare, a great experience. She communicates appropriately, followed all of the abrupt changes in the market and made necessary recommendations. If you are looking for a real estate agent you can trust to help you take care of things even when you are far away from the location of your property- which was the case for me, Cheryl Yates is a great candidate. Kevin was great!! From showings, to communucation, to the offer and following through on everything, it was a very painless experience. I have used Kevin to buy and sell this house. I have referred him to others that have used him and completely agree with this assessment that he is a great realtor, but overall, a great person. I knew him before I used him for buying/selling houses, and hes just an overall great person. He helped me purchase this house and then sell it after I got remarried and moved in with my husband. Both of us knew Kevin personally and professionally and couldn't say enough nice things about him and his work ethic in trying to get this sold. Great service and if I ever need him again, I will definitely use him!!
