Cheryl led us through a challenging sale with dedication, professionalism and solid commitment every step of the way. The home required unforeseen repairs/preparation to which Cheryl gave sound advice and referred us to outstanding tradesmen; we received multiple offers which she helped us compare; a significant "glitch" on the day of initial closing required a scramble to implement repairs needed/desired by the bank and buyer. In each challenge - and there were many - Cheryl devoted her time and knowledge to overcome with grace and humor. We cannot imagine any aspect of her work which could be improved, she is simply fantastic!

Greg helped me buy my house almost 4 years ago, and helped me sell it when I was ready. He was incredibly patient, kind, and super knowledgeable, and made sure I understood every step of the home buying and selling process. He checked in on me every once in a while, he’s just a genuinely wonderful person to be around. He really passionate about what he does, and he really cares about the people he works with. When a friend of mine was looking to buy, I sent her straight to him because he is an incredible agent, transparent, and he gets the job done. When I told him the house was ready to go up, he told me it’d be sold within a week. He was 100% correct. I cannot recommend Greg Graham enough to anyone looking to buy or sell. I’d give him 10 stars if I could.
