We asked Paul to help us with the sale of our condo since he had been our property manager years ago and we are extremely happy that we did. It was a last minute decision for us and he made time in his busy schedule to help us with the listing. Paul was very easy to talk to and informative as to what was selling and how much. He helped us choose the price that would sell the unit and presto! Five days and it was sold!!! We appreciate that he would pick up the phone and call to keep us updated on what was happening, as opposed to sending an email, which seems so impersonal. Paul selflessly prioritizes what is in the best interest of his customer. Paul is an extremely knowledgeable agent whose advice I would call "buoyant", because it floats above all the superfluous information that surrounds a real estate deal and provides accurate pertinent facts. What he doesn't know he researches. He provides service based on clients needs, even when the purchase is small. Paul is a charming, pleasant, gentleman who has become a friend.

When we were ready to sell our home we had a few different agents come to the house and when we met Chris we knew he was the agent for us. Chris was very professional and he always answered our questions if we called him and left a message he always called back within a reasonable amount of time we didn't have to wait days to hear back from him If you want an agent to sell your home Chris Brennan is the one to use he told us he would get our home sold for us and he did he not only sold our home he sold it for asking price and it sold in 4 days!! I can say if we ever decide to sell or buy a home again we will be calling Chris.
