Paul was absolutely great! He had the perfect recommendations to get our home ready for listing. As we lived out of state, had great recommendations for local contractors we needed and he aided in managing the work so that the house was ready in time for listing and closing! Furthermore, he was always available, day, evenings and weekends!! We were able to lock in an offer within days of listing our property and closed very quickly! One of the easiest real estate closings I have had in my life! Truly Cheryl was great to work with. She was always prompt, answered all our questions, was able to work with the seller to get us a great price, but most of all Cheryl managed to do a long distance purchase for our home, we live in Las Vegas.
