When I mentioned that I was interested in the Naples area @ first, Carmelina got back to me the next day with 7-8 Ist floor condos in Naples & scheduled viewing them the following week. The COVID-19 set us back after that but as soon as we could she was right there for me w/more condos in my price range till I decided on the condo in Venice. Milli was very dedicated to selling our property. She posted many photos online immediately. We had offers within a day. The offers were valid and good. She even cancelled showings based on the valid offers. She was very helpful in getting the property ready for showing before the contract was signed. Milli is very friendly and easy to work with. We consider Milli a friend. She has a lot of experience with homeowner associations which helped us in preparing the property for sale. We would have no concerns with recommending Milli as an agent.
