I cannot express the level of gratitude we have for Michael Wyckoff. When we first started our house hunting plans, we had been connected with a couple agents (both with my company as well as a 3rd party website), and struggled to find a good fit in someone we felt we could trust. And by the time found Mike, we had been burned enough that we started off with low expectations. But we gave him the benefit of the doubt, and man, are we grateful. By the time we met him at the first house, it was clear he had our best interests, and had a light, positive personality that drew tranquility during a chaotic time for Megan and myself. Now if that’s not enough, the piece we discovered later in the game was how well connected Mike is in the area. Seems like he’s the mayor of the Bay, which I can assure you is what protected our interests in getting the house we wanted, in a pretty fast market. And to top it off, he was with us to walk through every question, line item, and update along the way. Suffice to say, If I never need a new home, or need to sell a home, I'm calling Mike! Phil
