When hurricane Helene hit the coast of Florida, we suffered extensive damage in our Madeira Beach home. I first met Mike when he conducted countless community meetings on the process for repair/rebuild of damaged homes. I was so impressed with how he helped the community. I was even more impressed once we hired him as our realtor for both selling our Madeira Beach house, and purchasing a condo inland. His knowledge of the area, the market, the city leadership was invaluable.
